My business is 1) of a consultant solicitor and I work for Law firms inlcuding Taylor Rose MW, and 2) Legal Sprinkles, my coaching and training series that I do for the public. By using this webiste you are bound by the terms of the site. The site is for your personal use and browse and for my internal buiness purpose. You must not send any spam.
Privacy
I value your privacy and collect your email when you contact me. By sending your email to me you consent for me to contacting you regarding legal advice and representations through my firms or for my coaching and training sessions. If I need to contact further or for any other matters then the oes you have contacted me for, I will always get consent in advance. I will keep your email safe and not hand it to any marketing companies or third parties.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on my site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
